There was NO backside engraving on the item received. I also never received a response when I reached out to customer service regarding the engraving being missing.
I ordered the items JANUARY 27th and didn’t receive them until MARCH 6th. Good quality, very nice but took wayyyyy too long
It took over 2 months to get delivered i emailed y’all DM’d y’all was in the comments no response I ordered them because i needed them for a specific project that came & past no earrings so I’m never ordering from y’all again
I hate this place now , for one they are apparently in China ! For two I paid for express delivery it took over a month , I tried to cancel the orders with no luck or response , then after waiting a month they sent a gold Cuban like when I ordered a silver one ! I’ll never order from here again !
Iceci is a joke. They take your $ make you wait than send you some play product that dont loook like what on their website.I order a white Gold Cuban 16mm 32inches they snt me a Fake Gold looking chain .the ends of the chain did not match or fit
